I'm over the moon with the job done by Robert at Capital MOT. The alternator was replaced on my Citroen Picasso C4 for less than half the price quoted at my usual garage. Communication was great, the garage rang me to arrange next-day collection but bearing in mind the alternator wasn't working I opted to drop it to the garage myself while the battery was charged and the traffic was quiet. The job was completed next day as promised. It's been two weeks since the repair - I've done over 1000 miles now and everything is tickety-boo. Great service all round. Thanks

This was my first time of using your service and Saf was excellent. Based on my experience with Saf, I would certainly be happy to use your services again and definitely book Saf too. I booked the premium pre purchase inspection and I am glad I did. Communication was exceptional throughout. from initially booking to completion. I did have specific concerns which I was able to share with Saf before inspection. He did call me, take photos and deliver a thorough inspection report. He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout and always quick to respond. I would happily recommend Saf and Click Mechanic based on this experience. The only thing they could do to improve is have a phone line. Sometimes it really can be quicker and easier to talk to a person. Thank you Saf and Click Mechanic.

Peters work was great but the customer service from click mechanics agent Jo was shocking , the issue I have is that once click mechanic has taken payment and the mechanic has to change the date it looks you funds in for 8 day hostage , then you get accused if having no funds to pay for the work , and trying to get sense back from the customer service agent is so poor its annoyingly stressful , there's no need for click mechanic to behave in such a way to accuse me of having insufficient fund when they all ready have locked the payment to there account , I as a customer should be treated by this company alot better , no offer of compensation even after the mechanic help my car overnight as I didn't pay , but after explaining and showing the mechanic the full payment was pending on my bank app , and it was click mechanics issue the payment didn't go though and me pleding that my chemotherapy appointment was the following day and need car to get there he brought it back , then 2 days later I lost all coolant, turns out I had a tiny slot in my heater hose which after 24hrs repaired myself as no mechanic got back to me , now the reason I used click mechanic was because the cancer treatment I'm.having I'm to ill to work on a car , but because of this issue I had to and now 2nd day in bed because I can't move , So again the mechanics are good but hold your car illegally if the don't recieve payment even though the click mechanic company has the funds in pre payment , the customer service is shocking and 💯 stressful , there not a company that helps its terminally ill customers that need a quick professional job done , I've been offered no compensation and I had to fix my own car that you've ment to have fixed . Not a good company at all

He was very friendly but had limited knowledge and did not know how to start my car or turn the lights on. He was unable to resolve my problem.

The service was okay overall, but I think £400 is far too expensive for just a brake replacement. From what I understand, the cost of parts and labour for that kind of job doesn’t usually justify such a high price. Also, the other issues I reported weren’t fixed, I still feel the overall cost was excessive for the work done. Based on this experience, I won’t be using this service again.

Gregor and his pal did a great job. They got supplied the wrong timing belt twice but they got it done. They got right one and came out on a Saturday evening and fitted it. Thank you very much boys and I will definitely use Gregor again in future. All the best to you
