Ian knows his job well and just gets on with the job. Have rebooked him to carry out the vehicles mot & full service. Very happy with his work ethic & attitude however I minor detail to note is he inadvertently drove off with the wife's coffee cup lol which I hope will be returned when he carries out the service & mot.

Terry was superb. I have never used Click Mechanic before so was nervous but shouldn't have worried, I needed my interim service and MOT carrying out. Terry called me in the morning (Mon 2nd Sept 2024) to update me on his arrival time 👌👍. He took my car and brought it back in good time. The whole experience was easy and I didnt have to move. In 50 years of motoring I have never come across a garage which gives such good service! I booked a diagnostic through Clickmechanic. My car was collected on time and I was asked a number of very relevant questions regarding the issue. I then received a phone call explaining the nature of the problem and outlining a number of alternatives to resolve it. There was no pressure to take any particular option and once we had agreed the way forward I was given a price and a timescale for the return of the car both of which were adhered to. I cannot praise these guys enough!

It was a very seamless process. The car was picked up and returned MOT and service completed. Would definitely recommend them.

The work booked directly with clickmechanic I have no issues with - however the mechanic that worked on my car quoted an extra £240 work which needed to be carried out immediately otherwise brakes would fall apart. I was told on the phone that they would be replacing the parts, but 'repaired' them and put this on the invoice with the added charge of £240. Be very careful if agreeing to extra 'required' work, that they actually do what you agree to. Dispute gets you nowhere as they simply say refer to invoice, not taking into account what was agreed.

Kazem did a thorough inspection highlighting problems, which resulted in my not proceeding to purchase the car, saving time hassle and cost. Kept me informed and we discussed issues on the phone.

Ion was very quick and professional, changed the brake pads very quick and even came back to reassure me that the hand brake now pulling higher than before was absolutely fine.

Kaz was very efficient, quickly arranging the vehicle inspection slot with myself and the seller. Following the inspection Kaz promptly loaded the inspection photo's onto the website and released the tick box inspection report and contacted me to confirm that following inspection and a drive ,no issues identified which was reassuring before driving across the country to buy/collect.
