First class service today from Liam Davids of ClickMechanic. I usually book an RAC inspection. However today it took an hour to get through on the RAC phone system, only to be told it would be 3 weeks wait (not good as I'm picking a car up this week). Thought I'd try ClickMechanic - what a different experience ! All booked online. Booking confirmed for today, with mechanic's name (Liam) & estimated time. Liam arrived as arranged, inspected and drove the car and gave me a report by phone from the garage and a written checklist this evening. Liam also advised the garage on the cosmetic work they should carry out before sale. A really professional, friendly and trustworthy service from Liam. I can now buy the car with confidence.
