Filip was punctual, courteous and did the job quite quickly, professionally and within an hour. On testing the brakes after completion, they feel less responsive than the originals. Not sure if this due to them being inferior quality or whether they will gradually improve as a fit - kind of like shoes!

Jack did an outstanding job taking off and refitting new alternator and serpentine belt, I added on changing oil but he couldn't do this as couldn't reach sump plug because of restrictions on vehicle, very good communication and thoroughly good bloke

Richard showed up early for the appointment. He was friendly and brought all of the necessary parts for the repair. The repair (which required most of the front of the car to be removed) took around 2-3 hours. He even inflated my tyres free of charge as the car had been sat still for some time. Very happy with the service.

Scott was really helpful with clear and concise communication. Only small downside was I booked him for 1600-1800hrs on Saturday. Unfortunately he arrived far earlier when no one was in. This resulted in him having to re-attend the following morning which luckily worked for everyone.

Mike was sensational, he arrived just before his appointed time and was incredibly polite and courteous, I could not recommend him more highly. His work was swift and efficient, he was very easy to chat to and clearly knowledgeable. He reached out the day before to have a general chat and learn more about the problem. I could not ask for more, he did a job in 45 mins, that under ideal conditions, would have taken me about 2 hours. Let me tell you the conditions were far from ideal, hence my need for assistance.
