Ben and his colleague were very good. My only complaint is that I live in Hull and they came from Doncaster. What should have been a 1 day job (All day Friday) took until mid afternoon on Monday as they didn't arrive until mid morning on Friday n had to go back to Doncaster in the afternoon as some problems arose and they didn't have the right tools for and couldn't order t parts they needed until Monday morning. I was without my car all over the weekend and I had children wanting to go places which I couldn't take them to. What I don't understand is why did a company from Doncaster take on a job in Hull.

Excellent work, done quickly and efficiently. Did not turn up for pick up in the allotted time (10am to 12 pm). Phoned at 12.05pm and they turned up by 12.30. Car back, MOT passed, at 2.30pm. That bit was excellent. ClickMechanic gave wrong number for garage - found the correct one on google. But thought I had been scammed when the number just went dead. Infuriating as could not log in to dashboard, as didn't have a password, and reset didn't work.

Paul was brilliant, very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend him to friends and world be pleased to use his services again if needed.

Peter is an exceptionally friendly gentleman with extensive automotive knowledge. He has a structured approach to his work, which proved valuable during my visit. He quickly identified that, while the manufacturer recommended a 4-rib belt for my vehicle, it actually required a 5-rib belt. Without delay, Peter sourced the correct belt and installed it efficiently, ensuring everything worked perfectly. His attention to detail made the experience seamless and reassuring.

No communication regarding the repair or what need to be done, they supply and fitted the part but nothing else about the state.
