Tom had excellent customer service and communication skills. He was punctual in collecting and returning my car being accommodating and respectful of plans I had. He even had loose wire fixed, going over and above what was expected. The communication from the office was also great letting me know about ETA and sending through a really useful checklist of things I need to do before my next MOT. Can’t fault this garage. Found a little gem! Will definitely be using again. I have already recommended to all my close family members and a colleague.

Took the car for MOT at 11 returned it at 20:30. Rude mechanic made every excuse 0 accountability. Just a disgrace. Stop picking my call even though they had my car!
