James came out to me within the allocated time frame and drove my vehicle to his garage (for ease as im within a short distance), replaced the alternator, and returned the vehicle a few hours later. I'm grateful for his reliability which allowed me to get back on the road after being let down by another company last minute the day before. A genuine, kind person who prioritises the customer, and I will be returning to him with future issues.
