Dragos is exactly the type of person you need for this type of service (Pre-inspection Purchase). The service helped hugely in making my decision not to go through with a purchase of a used car which on paper was presented as a sound investment. Dragos was knowledgeable, confident, thorough, answered every question I had, was reliable (e.g. got back in touch with me when he said he would) and a consummate professional. Highly recommended.

The mechanic was fine but limited in knowledge of VW Polos and it was a shame the problem couldn't be fixed. So it was overpriced - just a quick diagnostic check shouldn't cost this much in my opinion. Especially since the options that ClickMechanic have are limited - no option for the fix that is needed (just a new wiper switch/shaft).
