Darren was friendly and very knowledgable. I had a few queries in regards to some other work that needs doing to my car and Darren was more than helpful in giving me the answers what I was looking for.

Booked a pre purchase inspection and Hifzur accepted the job. I can see why this guy has such a fantastic rating. The evening before be was due to go, he called the owner to check in with him and confirm the details. He then called me to check in with me (let me know he called the owner) and asked me if there was anything specific he would like to to look out for (there were a couple of things and he noted them down and said he would check). Hifzur turned up at the start of the time slot and I had the report mailed to me 1 hour later. He called me later in the afternoon once he got back to his garage and walked me through the report and talked about the couple of minor things on the car. His knowledge was excellent and was able to provide perfect clarity on his findings. Not only is he highly knowledgable and professional but he's extremely polite and courteous. Amazing experience. These guys were amazing. Communication was spot on. Fixed rapidly and once clutch was off they managed to diagnose further problems whilst sending me videos and explaining those problems. Will be booking again to fix any other issues.

Really impressed - first time using ClickMechanic and service was smooth throughout. Car was collected 8.15 (window requested was 8-10), was told car would be dropped off by 3 latest and car was returned before 12.30. Brake pads and discs both replaced and at a really reasonable price. 100% would use again.
