Was amazing would recommend no issues at all came a bit later but got the job sorted straight away within no time my car was back with me in perfect condition they even moved my calliper back in place even though they were only changing my discs and pads and oil. Would recommend to everyone !

Yes, the problem has been diagnosed as an EGR sensor fault, I just need to get it fixed now.

'Fixed' the car, charged the fee and left with my 12 month guarantee.....ko further work required. Car wouldn't start next morning. 2 abd a half months of ordering part, coming out with wrong part, ordering part, coming out to repair, not coming out, ordering part. Repeatedly lied. Quote changed from £200 to £250 to £450. Finally told him not to bother and he throws the mother of all tantrums. I ordered the part myself and got it next day, got a competent mechanic who fitted it in under an hour - job cost £138 part and fitting. Wasted months of my time, energy and effort. Please save yourself the hassle. Also, click mechanic complaints don't rectify anything as it's between you and the mechanic.....no attempt on their part to mediate and their guarantee is not guaranteed.

Not sure who the mechanic was as car was picked up and dropped off. Everything seems ok

Lemmy gets 10 out of 10 for perseverance alone. He had huge difficulty in removing the suspension bolts single handed so I lent a bit of a hand, I think it was nearly impossible alone due to access and corrosion. It has to be said that he did not ask for help but when I saw he was struggling I was happy to chip in, sometimes you just need another pair of hands to hold something. As a result of the above the job took a good bit longer than anticipated but a good job done none the less.

Jason was a very nice man, he knew his stuff. He did the job of replacing my exhaust in good time . Jason is a very good mechanic and would recommend him to anyone wanting a job done on their car.

Two diagnostic visits and an expensive timing belt changed. Car still not on the road. £600 spent and car still doesn’t work. 3 different mechanics seem like they just guess at a problem charge for the job and leave it still not running. Having spark plugs changed tomorrow after advice from last mechanic, he wouldn’t answer when I asked when he’d do it.

Not great. His diagnosis turned ot to be incorrect and cost me nearly £500. Car still not running.

Absolutely amazing service from Alex, very knowledgeable, very punctual, phoned beforehand to give me an ETA. Was very honest which is always appreciated. Didn’t treat me like an idiot like some other mechanics will because I’m female. Very polite, friendly and respectful and very reasonable price for a full service on my car. Would 100% recommend Alex for any job on my car!
