Lee was fantastic! He couldn't help being late as traffic was awful but he was a pleasure to have working on my car. Very knowledgeable and experienced but didn't make me feel like a dunce. I felt totally at ease with him from the first second and he did the job ( rear coil spring on a VW Passat) quickly , professionally and cheerfully and he was happy to pass on a few car tips to me. An absolute top bloke.

Poor service from a ,what seems poorly run company

Unfortunately you booked the job in with click mechanic not myself they quoted you £216 to carry out the repair the parts from main dealer was nearly £300 (with proof) without labour costs.
I instantly contacted click mechanic and explained the situation and fully explained that the correct cost of the job is £397.00
When reviews are left against myself physically I have no control of quotes given and at what parts costs. I’m in absolutely no control of these so it’s a unfair review as it’s not me that quotes these jobs it’s click mechanic I’m simply for third party.
Again sorry you felt like it was a poor service.
