Unfortunately your vehicle is a 2015 Vauxhall Corsa with stop start technology you have to have a AGM battery due to stop start you cannot have a standard battery just a AGM battery.
I cannot help the price of AGM battery’s we was cheaper by £100 than what you was quoted by a very well known national company again my apologies for expensive parts but nether myself or Click mechanic set price barriers for parts for vehicles.
I’m extremely sorry you feel like this but we was on time carried out the work correctly and left the vehicle in a good running order again I cannot take responsibility for part prices.

Lee arrived on time. His service was top rate. Explained everything he was going too do, even down to what had gone wrong with the part he was replacing. Could not fault anything. Would use this company again, and have spoken about having them back for future service.

Unfortunately you misdiagnosed the fault you booked the vehicle in for a water pump replacement and on closer inspection my mechanic found it was the thermostat housing leaking not the water pump but you have accepted the new quote and all required parts have been ordered at Ford main dealer so you will be on the road in the next couple of days.

Ford Focus Engine breather replacement

There was a miscommunication in which the mechanic after confirming with me that I did not have the part proceeded to give me assurances that he would seek to supply the part and communicate the extra charges. At that point I was under the impression the job would go on to completion and I was prepared to pay the extra costs. There were no further communications after that except that the labour costs have been deducted from my card with no fix on the car. I had no problems with the labour charges as long as the mechanic completed the job and I pay the extra costs for the part. My attempts to resolve this with the mechanic have been refused.

Unfortunately there was no misunderstanding or miscommunication you booked the job in as a labour only job so when my mechanic arrived fully expecting you to supply the parts there was no parts to fit which unfortunately for yourself is your error or mistake generally I can’t see how you can leave a bad review when all my mechanic did was turn up on time ready to complete the job but you failed to supply the required parts.
I generally can’t understand how you can see this as a negative on behalf of the company when it was you that failed to supply the parts and that’s why the job never got completed.
I will be asking Click mechanic to remove this review and I’m finding this extremely hard how you have blamed me for your mistake

Darren called to say that he would be a little late which really wasn’t a problem to me. He called 20 mins before arriving and was then bang on time. He diagnosed the problem with no difficulty. He was very apologetic for being late and completed the work without delay. He explained the problem in layman terms to me and I was satisfied with his explanation. All round I’m very happy with his service and that of Click.
