Very pleased with the pre purchase inspection carried out. I paid for this up front so I could sell my vehicle with the confidence there was nothing wrong with it.

Lee arrived perfectly on time. He was very friendly and professional and carried out a comprehensive assessment of the issues with my car. I received a quotation very soon after. All in all I felt very happy with the service I received. Thank you.

After being totally let down by another mechanic I cannot fault Lee who diagnosed my clutch being the problem after I was pretty sure it was the head gasket. Lee explained everything in normal terms and was so easy to talk to.
The new clutch was installed today, Darren and Lee were both running a little bit late but I had no worries there as they had the decency to text me and let me know. Darren bought my keys back to me and again explained what had happened and what was done.
Absolutely no hesitation in using them again and ny car is running so much better.

Darren and his colleague were great. I was informed they were running late, which was fine. They diagnosed the issue speedily and clearly communicated the issue and my options.

Darren didn't turn up. No notification. I was waiting to go to work after the inspection and as he didn't turn up I lost out on money. I text and called and there was no response.

I wasn't actually present, however, the car is working as it was before the breakdown, so all in all, thumbs up. I am able to use my car again after it broke down 200 miles from home, so I'm very happy

Lee as a mechanic was good, he completed the task of fitting my fuel pump promptly in 2 hours.
I was quoted 5.4 hours in the quote so expect a refund on the difference.
Unfortunately this did not cure the problem anyway, and the car still fails to start - so are the original scan results called into doubt?
Why was the EKP module (which is apparently now shown as the problem) not indicated as well as the petrol pump on the original scan?

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful and I'm really happy with the service. Car problem was diagnosed straight away and I was given the option to have it fixed the same day which I accepted. Mechanic went away to get part and 45min later car was up and running. Also happy with the price!
