I waited in for the 2 hour window and no one turned up . I rang the mechanic 5 minutes before the 2 hours was up , he said he would ring me back in 5 mins . That was over 3 hours ago. Second time I've been let down , worst service I've had

I’m sorry you have left a review like this but it helps when your payment has been authorised we was waiting virtually all day for a payment authorisation and when we finally got it it was far to late to attend the booking.
If the payment was in place then the booking would have been attended
(So how you put the blame on me is beyond me)

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service, diagnosed our starter motor problem quickly and sorted it out quickly.
Although we had to wait for the part to arrive and had to reschedule the appointment, we were kept informed and updated throughout the process.
Well deserved 5 stars in all areas, I would recommend these guys without hesitation!

Land Rover Freelander Brake light switch replacement

I received a call from the mechanic stating he was in Essex and another mechanic would be attending.
The first quote I received was for £105:00. I was told the mechanic would be attending after 13:00.
At 13:09 I received an e-mail staying the quote was now a £170:00 and the offer was only until 13:07.
It was evident that the mechanic did not want to do the job hence not having a chance to respond to the second quote.
Now I have a vehicle which can not be driven legally , all for a part that costs £11:00.
Not a bad mark up if your a mechanic.

I do completely understand this review but unfortunately I don’t quote the jobs I just carry them out yes the job was completely misquoted on which I’m extremely sorry for but I couldn’t attend with that quote because the job would have cost me money and it wasn’t myself who quoted this job.
