He knew his stuff, no messing around just got straight on with the job. He was able to spot the issue straight away and change the broken alternator belt in minutes.

No complaints - he connected up the diagnostic laptop & told me in 1 minute it was an electrics problem, not mechanical. Suggested the repairs might run to a couple of tons not a grand as I feared. Fingers crossed !
