Tristan was great - booked in for a diagnostic on why my car wouldn't start. He communicated arrival times to me so I knew to be ready, and was open and communicative throughout. It turns out his garage is close to where I work (Chertsey) so I will likely be going to see him for any non-dealer work for this afterwards.

Great job - i thought a 4pm - 6pm job meant it would be collected between 4pm - 6pm and returned the next day! Not so - it was collected at 4pm and returned at 6pm same day - MOT complete. Over delivered vs my expectations. Very happy.
