The mechanic was prompt, informative and easy to talk to. He appeared confident in what he was doing so I felt I could trust him. He was a very good mechanic and completed the job efficiently. I would use him again without hesitation.
As I am a woman it is refreshing to find someone in the motor trade who treats you as a person and not just a cash machine.
