Tristan arrived at the agreed time, he had communicated with me to let me know when he would arrive. he was very knowledgable, friendly and very thorough in fixing the problem with my car. I would totally recommend him to anyone else.

After trying to book and AA or RAC pre purchase inspection and finding that I would have to wait days I tried clickmechanic. I booked my mechanic at 9:30pm on Friday and he was out on time at 12noon Saturday. Tristan was excellent he arrived on time to have a look at a van for me. Having only past my test a year ago I'm a complete novice when it comes to vehicles but Tristan explained everything and pointed out what I should look for when it comes to maintaining a car. I decided not to buy the van in the end and am happy paying £105 not to end up with a dud van. I would highly recommend clickmechanic.
