Very friendly, took no time at all and great job on the car 😀

Generally was a good service and happy with the Mechanic. However I did not get any form of receipt of service sheet to confirm what was checked (though Tristan verbally mentioned it).

Finally I left my Service Book in the from passanger seat and It did not get stamped (I was just wondering if this is done after you service it)?

Tristan was excellent. He phoned up half way through checking a car my wife was keen on buying to warn us of some potentially major issues (before continuing his survey and providing the full report).

He potentially saved us a lot of money in the best future.

Definitely worth the money.

Tristan phoned me straight after he completed a pre purchase inspection and talked me through the whole report. He had been thorough, and gave me an excellent description of what he had seen. I would have absolutely no hesitation in going back to him again.

A clickmechanic inspection followed by a close accident, and sadly let down by customer services.

Had high hopes for clickmechanic as a great idea.

However, had a car inspection for purchasing it in which the two back tyres were reported as in "good" condition.

Less than 16 driving weeks later, my family and myself were nearly involved in a nasty accident in which one of the "good" back tyres had completely shredded because the inside wall was so worn.

The next day on having the tyre replaced, the engineer discovered that the other back tyre was as dangerously worn and insisted it was also changed and was very surprised given my driving history that it had been reported as in good condtion in an inspection. This was further supported at a wheel alignment garage

I have tried to resolve the matter with clickmechanic, but what their website doesn't tell you is that they only introduce you to a mechanic, after that you are on your own, and also that there is no warranty for any work done and so no comeback.

A real shame and really let's the company down. Read more

Tristan was excellent. Really helpful and recommended a great way forward re fixing my car.

The mechanic did the job he was asked to do and gave the feedback quickly. I sent him a text regarding relaying information directly with the garage owner who I was buying the car from, and he carried out my instructions as I requested.

I was very impressed with Tristan, he is due back tomorrow to fix the problem

Tristan was really helpful although the light is still on!
