Tristan quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to offer us a very comprehensive solution to the reason why our engine was smoking. He has fixed the problem and has asked to keep him posted should the problem arise again.

Arrived late after having a crash in his van, did call to say that. However turned up in his car without necessary tools needed to diagnose. Then in turn did offer to come back on his own time to determine the problem however a day later I receive a quote from him for £120 to return and do the original job. Paid £54 for nothing (not pleased)

Could be much better

I commissioned a diagnostic on mercedes. The diagnostic tool used was generic rather than specialist mercedes so the diagnosis was not definite, although to his credit he was pretty sure he knew the problem given his experience. However, I still need to source a repair and they may insist on anotger diagnostic!

Tristan was informative, communicative and very friendly. He helped me with my questions and the turnaround was very fast without compromising the quality of the job.

Very friendly, he was able to explain exactly what needed to fixed and I was very happy with the service.
