Tristan started well seemed a decent bloke but has left the car in dangerous condition. Simple rad replacement . one cooling fan bolts was not put back on. So now the fan wobbles and is dangerous. The air housing box securing has been broken off and is dangerous. That was 2 weeks ago Tristian is not responding to text or email and i dont know if click mechanic are going to fix this. Forget the guarantee as its with the mechanic. And iv paid 140 for my car now to be unusable . I have asked for click to just send someone else to do the job again or a refund. They have told me to go to a garage to get a quote to fix it. Unless click mechanic fix this or offer a refund i will be strongly recommending that no one use. Tristan came by to replace my front and rear brake pads. Upon his assessment he discovered that the front pads were fine and did not need replacing, only the rear. Then he noticed that the rear rotors were in bad shape and would have worn the new pads down quickly if not replaced. He took the time to take the unneeded front pads back for a refund and applied that towards the rotors. The rear came out even less expensive than what was first quoted. Tristan was professional and is a man of integrity!

It was nice to be greeted with a smile when I opened the door to Tristan who was very prompt and after we had a little chat he got on with the inspection. He was a very pleasant young man who explained in detail what had caused the problem and what the approximate cost would be for the work and parts supplied.
As the car is now starting to cost more than it is actually worth, I have decided to forgo the repairs and buy a new car which will be more reliable but I thank you for your excellent service,

Tristram arrived on Saturday was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem within half an hour, but the vehicle needed parts from Land Rover which he said he would get a quote for on Monday. Four days later and I'm still waiting for a call.
