Tristan was friendly and punctual. However, i found that the report was not detailed enough. I would have wished to get a bit of description where body co dition was not too great. In addition, i found an abnormal noise "knocking sound" while driving it. So i am getting it in a garage to find what it is. This noise was not mentionned anywhere.

Beside that, excellent service.

Mechanic was fine with a number of useful suggestions to resolve my ongoing car problem.

Tristan was very professional and knowledgeable. I so appreciated his coming out on a Saturday too!

I never actually met Tristan (the mechanic) as the service i used was a pre-purchase inspection 50mls away from where I live, I saw a car on auto trader that I was interested in but was unable to get there myself and needed someone capable to check the car out and give it the once over. I booked on a Friday early afternoon for a time slot of between 8 and 10 a.m.,the following day Saturday, within an hour it was confirmed and was told the name of the mechanic and his contact number, I was then able to contact him directly to discuss my concerns about the car. He was curtious and very helpful and once he had completed the inspection he phoned me and was able to discuss his findings and give his opinion on the vehicle after which I received by email a full list of the checks carried out.
I was left feeling confident enough after a chat with him to actually commit myself to buy the car having not driven or even seen it for myself, can't wait to make the journey and pick up my new purchase.
