Just had my clutch done, it feels great now. Communication was good. My car was in alot longer than anticipated due to bank holiday. I would use the garage again they were honest and the quality of seems to be good so far. Would recommend

Adrian was very capable and identified the fault quickly. He returned with the replacement part, which rectified the problem. This was due to his understanding of the fault and where the cause lay, always a bonus as a customer. He was courteous and informative and should I need more work done at home, I would hope he gets the job.

The company who carried out the MOT were not the people who were assigned to do so as arranged. The garage who did the MOT are located on west street around the corner from my house , i had taken my car there over a year ago but stopped using them due to a comment they made regarding my car failing an MOT before he even examined my car , i then used click mechanic instead and my car passed that MOT. So i dont understand why one garage agree to do the work and then take my car to a different garage local to me around the corner..... not happy.

Mike was here at the time specified. He took the car to his workshop but kept me updated on progress and sent photos to my clickmechanic account so I was aware of what was going on with the repair. Messaged to say work was complete and gave an eta at my home and was punctual. Mike was very friendly and gave me information re the work carried out and advice about my vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism .

Gareth is a brilliant guy, he was on time and got straight on with the work on my vauxhall.After allows hard work it wise found to be the ASB Pump and not the sensor as I suspected.
