Kamal was friendly however he wasn't able to fix the problem and as it later transpired he misdiagnosed the issue. I paid £90 for virtually for no repair and a misdiagnosis.

Mike had not communicated that the diagnostic or scan had not been done for the 3 series BMW I was thinking of purchasing. I had to further quiz him on the phone and ask why is this the case. As I paid for a premium check that clearly states that it has a scan included. And it was not done. He did not even leave a note to say this was not conducted.
