Great service and friendly, knowledgeable and great mechanic. They ran full diagnostics and explained the fault and all my options.

My mechanic was considerable late with poor communication around this. When he finally arrived he didn’t look prepared to do any work - in a small car with no tools. He and his friend decided that they had to convince me that the piston in my engine had gone and I would need a new engine. This was out of their scope. I spent a week stressing about the cost implications whilst I paid to get my car towed to my usual garage. They diagnosed a loose fuel injector and fixed it for free. My car is now perfectly fine. I don’t believe the mechanic had any intention of working on my car. I will never use them again.

Kavraj went above and beyond any mechanic I've known for a long time My car has never driven as well fantastic service cannot recommend Kavraj enough. kept me informed at every step, took photos, and videos of the work he undertook and even took photos of the parts he replaced to show how worn and damaged they were absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
