The mechanic was both very efficient and punctual. Really happy with the work done so No complaints at all.

John was very knowledgable and gave some good feedback and advice. The only slight gripe is we had a time-slot booked but he was two hours outside of that due to delay at the previous job, it can happen. Overall well pleased with the service.

Rhys attended and carried out the work, but was 45 minutes late for the the booked time of between 8 -10. However this was due to traffic on the way. He communicated this to my wife, as I was unavailable after 9 am, and kept in touch constantly. When hevdidcarrivevhecwas very apologetic and carried out the work in quick time. I felt a bit guilty when the problem with my car was something simple, but he explained everything and made sure I was happy with his work before he left.
