It’s a mediocre mechanic at best. Late for pick and return. I had to chase them twice to return my service book and invoice for the work they carried out.

Hi, I have been informed by the garage that the engine oil you booked for my car is 5W30 it is incorrect. As per my owners manual this must be 0W30 variant.

The garage charge me additional £55 for the 0W30 replacement oil.

I am not happy with your service if you have supplied correct car part as per my car reg number and manufacturer specifications, I wouldn't be penalised on the spot.

I am requesting a compensation for this service. I also request you to be more transparent with your services i.e. include parts variant details as per car reg number thank you.
