Yes, all in working order. Done in good time. There were some issues getting the parts, but it was well communicated and advised on alternative times.

Oliver was brilliant. He kept me informed throughout the afternoon of when he was likely to arrive. When he arrived I explained the issue I was experiencing with my car and that different garages had been quick to jump to the conclusion that this was an injector fault - an expensive fix. Oliver was quick to locate that it was a camshaft sensor causing the issue and fixed this with just a simple unplug and plugging back in again of the sensor. What I really appreciated was him communicating with me throughout, letting me check the readings myself and talking me through these and then letting me test drive the vehicle to check it was running well before he left! I would definitely recommend using Oliver!

McKenzie addressed the problem of the DPF and after a test run was confident the turbo was working again. When David took it out it reverted to limp mode. McKenzie diagnosed the need to replace the Fuel Vaporiser Valve, and has sent a bid to do the job. I’ve flagged up a query about whether the quoted price applies now we are back in Malvern, Worcestershire. We will respond to the bid by July 31 so long as we have that assurance. Heather Williamson

Disappointed. Was here fot an hour. He Just put a cleaner through. Told me filter blocked needed replacing. After he left took to jag independent they did the job no problem £96. Lesson learnt.

Mechanic was friendly and accommodating, collected vehicle and took in for full service. However upon return it was noticeable that screen wash was not added, which raises concern as around what was done during service without video evidence.

Drove my car from my house which I told them it wasnt drivable blew my turbo which wasnt the isue and then made me pay for a recovery truck to pick up my broken car. Only wanted a regen and a chemical clean and they well and truley fu#### my car up.
