My car didn't arrive back for 2 1/2 days after service and MOT. A replacement part took two days to arrive and be fitted. When I eventually got my car back after several phone calls my service book had not been stamped even though I left it on the front passenger seat.

Bad experience. Mechanic arrived with 10 mins of the appointment to spare, told me it could be at least another £10-£20 on top of what I’d already paid as he wasn’t ordering the tyre through a Click Mechanic supplier. Took my wheel with the shot tyre on and said he’d be 30 mins. 1hr later comes back and fits the tyre. He then asks for £20 cash for the tyre, I said no put it through Click Mechanic, he offered a direct bank transfer to him which I refused again. I’ve now been charged £29 on top of what I was originally quoted. All for a tyre that looks part-worn, when I’ve bought an paid for a new one!

Luke arrived on time, quickly found the fault with the car, and carried out the necessary repair after explaining what the fault was and what needed doing to me. He checked the car after completing the job and happily made sure his work had rectified the fault and the car was good to go.

Jack is very helpful, friendly and effective. I will definitely use the service again. Happy and satisfied with the job.
