Very knowledgeable about the fault with my car. Sorted it very quickly. Explained the problem and what to do if it recurred. Would recommend him if anyone needed a mechanic.

Great service and communication from Jay and the team at Avs on a pre-purchase inspection. Had to re-schedule, but called promptly to let me know and then again before attending the following morning. Buying a car at distance, so reassuring to have a very thorough inspection and an honest, quick follow up call and written report. Car all good except for two worn tyres. Dealer replaced both no charge, in addition to a service, which I may not have been able to argue without Jay’s inspection; a great result. Would recommend and use again.

Brad was brilliant didn't take long after I had explained what was wrong with the car for him to find the problem. And then letting me know about how much the extra work would be and when it could be carried out. couldn't be more happier with the service .

Friendly and new exactly what he was doing, explaining everything as he did it and why.

Sadly the "fault" wasn't fixed as it decided not to show up after Stuart ran his diagnostic check and the car started first time. He did however give good advice re a possible cause. Typically the fault (starter turns but engine doesn't fire) hasn't happened since Stuarts visit maybe it was a software glitch and the diagnostic check cleared it! To his credit Stuart stayed a good half an hour plus to see if the fault re-occured but it never did, so not for want of trying. I'd be more than happy to deal with him again.

Everything went great, no problems, mechanic was friendly and helpful. All in all very happy with the service

Jamie was a smashing guy very chatty, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a cam belt and water pump change as well as health check and was all done professionally. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using him again.

Excellent all round been let down 3 times by other mechanics and these lads turned up and brought my car back to life! Won't be going anywhere else from now on!.

No I'm definitely not happy. Mechanic came with motorcycle with one small computer. Couldn't fixing the issue. He's took the car for ride and on motorway the hole computer died. I don't know what he's done with his diagnostic computer but made bigger issue as before and his went without fixing car but has charged 40£. Before it was working the car now is the computer died. I'm not happy.

Car picked up and returned from its MOT with absolutely no fuss at all. Made sure the car was back to me for when I needed it too.
