Punctual, not witnessed the failed part replaced or shown work in the engine bay. Have been charged £20 priority booking but work not done on those dates that qualifies for (see invoice/receipt). No extra charges otherwise. Mechanic very polite, just doing his job. Unless you have a printer at home, no paper receipt provided for service history. Also, travelled a round trip of approx 80 miles, to a garage, not work completed outside of house which makes your service so initially attractive. Unfortunately at the current fuel prices that has cost me over £10 in fuel. All in all, I would use Clickmechanic again now I know the full process.

The job changed between booking and the appointment and that was my fault. I had declared the car was able to be driven but it became otherwise. The change was accommodated and the right repair was done. As the car had to be picked up by a third party (at my expense) I did not see the mechanic nor was I around for the return so my communications were all by phone.

Stuart was brilliant.
Very knowledgeable, and did not try to rip us off.

Absolutely the worse experience over booked a diagnostic test which turned out to be a short fumble and insistence that they'd need to take it away for further tests. I then get the email that they can do the work so £72 later they diagnosed nothing but charged me for the privilege of shining a torch under the car and lifting the bonnet. Avoid, companies like this are what give the industry a bad name.

Andrew was professional, friendly, and was very thorough with the inspection of my car. Highly recommended him.
