Usman was a friendly and honest mechanic and I would be happy to use him again.

The Team were amazing. Car was collected on time and they called to let me know exactly what was needed and discovered that I didn’t need an aux belt replacement as I was told by another garage. They kept me updated through the day and dropped my car back with me at the specified time. I will be using the team here from now on as the whole experience has been 5 star.

Totally unimpressed with being charged £80 for the pleasure of being told what was wrong though, can absolutely guarantee that I will not be using you to get the repair carried out. Perhaps make your charges clearer and more transparent - we all know that it isn't the mechanics charging these rates - perhaps you need to ask your customers to review "ClickMechanic" also, I think you'll find that the responses are a little different.

Great service. Called to let me know they were on their way. Got straight to work and the work was quickly and efficiently done. Even when an issue was encountered, they just got on dealt with it.

These guys were excellent. They were quick on fixing the suspension that failed on the MOT but they also let me know that the shock absorber on that side was worn and needed replacing. They took a days work to find a way and replace it even though they couldn't find a replacement of the rusty bolt, they created one. Except for this my MOT provider was closed when they finished so they find me someone to go and pass the MOT as I had to pass it urgently. Amazing work! Thank you guys! Definitely will use them for any other fixes.

I needed my car alternator and belt replaced identified by RAC. Got in touch with ClickMechanic for a quote and the price was twice cheaper than quoted by a major garage brand. The engineer arrived on agreed time and completed the work in less than an hour. Really recommend the service - amazing value and amazingly convenient with no need to go anywhere. Dan really is a skilled Mechanic who did the job (Replacement CamBelt and Service) as described and in a shorter time frame on my drive. The whole environment was kept clean, tidy, safe and organised. The Repair was well executed and the service covered everything I needed. I will definitely be booking Dan again as the door to door service was exemplary and so much easier than the hassle of going to a Garage.

After having my repairs done by your mechanic, I took my car for my cars M .O .T retest today 20/09/2021, it again failed on the headlight repair i had payed to be repaired, i had to take it to another garage near to my M.O.T station at a further cost for the repair, very unhappy with the service of repair you provided, will not use Click Mechanic again
