I honestly cannot give high enough praise for Dan and his service today. Explained everything clearly, worked through rain and shine to get the job done, was friendly and obviously worked his socks off to get my old car going again. Absolute star.

Everything seemed to go well with my interim service and MOT. It was noted that my CAM belt and water pump needed changing and I gave them the go-ahead to also do this work. Prices seemed reasonable but I was asked if I wanted the old parts and I said yes. However, they were not in the car when it was returned to me. I’d still like them please.

Really nice family run business with some great people. I've never used click mechanic before but needed a new clutch. These guys accepted the job and collected it the next working day. I think for the first time in the cars life, and they were really nice in explaining everything to me in an understandable way. Including how it would be better to get the clutch changed in a workshop. Fitting was quick, and my car was perfect afterwards. They'd clearly taken good care of it whilst away from me. I had zero issues and had a 100 mile drive without issues after getting the car. If you are getting a clutch changed, I think its better its taken to a workshop anyway just in case you have other issues they can advise on and I personally think the quality of the work is probably going to be better. Would be really annoying if you had other issues that couldn't be fixed on a driveway that's for sure! In short... Clutch felt spot on as it should and the communication was great. For those wanting nice honest people to work on your car who are actually going to do the job properly then don't hesitate to get work done here. Let them do there thing and it'll be perfect.

Car was picked up promptly, due to pressure of work the car was kept overnight and I was informed of the problem the next morning, this was resolved very quickly and the car returned to me later that day.

I’m very pleased with the service I received today. From booking to having the repair done. The mechanic turned up on time to collect my car and knowing I was finishing work at a specific time, went above and beyond I feel, to ensure the work was completed by then and car dropped back to me. He was also friendly and polite. And wow, what a difference the car now feels to drive after having the timing belt changed! Email from the garage send promptly with a breakdown of costings. The advantage of having your car collected and delivered all depends n the initial meeting with the mechanic/driver. James displayed a convincing manner giving me every confidence in the planned Work, all of which appears to be first class. Well done !

Cam belt and water pump on landrover freelander2: Mark from Maidstone was brilliant! Very polite and prompt! He picked up my car the night before and left his car with me which strangely gave me added confidence. I had his mobile number if I needed to contact him but the job was done super quick and back with me by 11.30 am on the day it was booked in for. Half the price if 3 other quotes. Very pleased indeed!
