Sorry but a diagnostic review is a waste of time. The mechanic incorrectly diagnosed a coulant sensor failure whereas the tank had a leak. It’s also no use when the mechanic couldn’t do the work anyhow so we had to spend more money for another garage to do their diagnostics and repair. I’m no longer going to use clickmechanic as didn’t have a great experience the first time either when the mechanic again failed to spot the coulant problem when we asked them to check it with the MOT!!

Naseem arrived within the time slot I was given. He was friendly and professional and carried out the work outside my house while I went about my day indoors. He knocked to let me know he'd finished and gave me an outline of the job carried out.
