Fantastic arranged for the car to be towed to the garage. Did the work what was needed and had my car straight back would use again

paid £231 for absolutely nothing 0 % resolved problem 😡😡😡 not happy work he carried out he just opened sensors clean and son foam in dpf just run the car for 15 to 20 minutes and made vedio never 👎

Andy was great. We had an issue with payment being authorised initially. Andy was very helpful with trying to rectify the problem. Andy assisted with rescheduling the booking and kept in regular contact with me (as the booker) and our Engineer at the Yard. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job - everyone was happy.

They were very friendly and were able to find the issue quite quickly. Unfortunately they had a job prior which over ran so they were unable to get to me until 9pm but kept checking that this was still okay for myself. I am really glad they came out and were able to help with the fault. Will definitely use again in future.

First time I have used Click Mechanic and was super impressed with the experience. Mitchell called within a few hours of making the booking and turned up during agreed time slot on booking date. Work completed to a high standard saving me £70 compared to what I was quoted by larger autocare chain. What I loved most about the service is that there was no hidden charges and as the car was collected and returned by the mechanic this allowed me to go about my day. What i liked: Andrei called ahead and texted when i did not answer to tell me when he would be arriving, which i appreciated. What i dis not like , He did the diagnostics and told me i would get report by end of day which i am yet to see. I got this done for a second opinion and i need full details

Imran kept me informed of his arrival time. He promptly got to work Explaining along the way what he was doing. Showed me the worn parts, and the ones being replaced.
