The mechanic was booked in for Saturday between 8am to 10am but they never turned up so I missed a second day at work which I had to take unpaid. Very disappointed and wouldn't use click mechanic again.

Zak was fabulous. Picked my car up and delivered it same day. Mot and service all done. Love this service!

James was fantastic although he did have a problem sourcing a battery which meant he was a day late but his communication and customer service was second to none.

I had some reservations about booking something like this on the internet but I had nothing to be concerned about. I’ve had emails, texts and a courtesy call from James introducing himself before the appointment. James arrived 30 mins before the appointment time, explained a little on the garage where the work is done, advised what time he should be back and even got the car back early. 10/10 brilliant service at a reasonable price too!! I will be using Click mechanic again and will be recommending your services to family and friends. Thanks again.

He just looked under the bonnet, took car for a run and said he 'thinks' the head gasket has gone. That was it and he was gone. The first mechanic who came was lovely and did a good job so my car could be driven.

Omar was very friendly,presentable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem that my battery was failing after 6 years of service. He ordered a replacement and returned the following day to replace it which he did in about 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Omar .

Graeme was really helpful in getting the brakes done on my car and taking it for an MOT. We ran into some issues with fitting it in for an MOT but Graeme sorted this all behind the scenes for me without me having to worry or do anything.
