Jamie and Ethan were very friendly, professional and fast! My car is fixed and drives like a dream, they were on time, working without unnecessary breaks. Very patient with explaining bit by bit to me when I said I’m foreign and struggling to understand everything. Couldn’t ask for a better people for this job!

Not happy was charged £140 and problem not fixed, so going to have to take it somewhere else and pay again.

I don’t know David Jameson of Ace elite autos. Didn’t show. As for clickmechanic why did you give my bank details to someone who hadn’t done a job to get paid. Why wasn’t I emailed or better still rang. Which for some reason I can find a number? To ask me was the job done. And also do you look at the reviews the garage has before you get a mechanic from them? Also I’d wished found the garage he works for has got a terrible reputation. 2.4 stars. All say no body turns up for the job and when they do it’s no good and you then can’t complain. Because nobody answers the phone.

Chris and co had to come twice to fix my car due to a fault on a brake sensor. They came back promptly and replaced the sensor, clearing the fault, despite the fact that it was dark and freezing cold.

The mechanic was booked in for Saturday between 8am to 10am but they never turned up so I missed a second day at work which I had to take unpaid. Very disappointed and wouldn't use click mechanic again.

Florin did an excellent job of changing the clutch on our Seat. It was carried out very quickly.
