Aleksandr was more than helpful and you can see straight away that he's an experienced mechanic, I've explained him by phone what happened to my van and he advised me to look at different parts of the engine which they could have been damaged, and indeed they were and saved me time and money, he did the job in 1 day and kept in touch the entire time, sending me pictures and explaining everything. 1st time when I used him and really happy, recomend 100%

The answer to satisfaction is rather not. Although the mechanic was very freindly and easy going but the job was not done properly. Coolant level was not correct after thermostat replacement and I needed to top it up myself afterwards. THere was also a diesel leak to my drive way which I had to clean myself afterwards.

Ali was very friendly and professional. He helped me with pre purchase car inspection. He spotted few things I would have not been able to spot on my own. The dealer acknowledged these findings are agreed to rectify them. He sounded knowledgable in his field. His assessment was thorough. He contacted me when he finished and given me a verbal report and discussed his findings with recommendations. This was followed by a report that was emailed to me.

The mechanic was friendly and arrived on time and carried out the service. Thank you for all the above I will definitely be using this service and the garage again.

Ryan was great. Was able to identify the problem and help advise on a solution. He also went out of his way to pick up a new part and to check back later in the day to see that the issue had been resolved. Would highly recommend SAS.

Ionut is the best mechanic out there so far I have been seen so many mechanics but this one needs a night hood absolutely brilliant we'll definitely use again hope I get the same mechanic if you have never used the app do so now

Aerial phoned and asked if he could turn up early, which I agreed to. He wasn’t the quickest but he seemed to know what he was doing. Upon completion of the alternator change, my car wouldn’t start as battery flat. He didn’t have any jump leads or any way of getting the car started. He left it up to me to get the car going the next day. Also, he charged me £27 over what I was quoted when booking. Won’t be using click mechanic again.
