Perfect service, James was brilliant and upfront from start to finish. He picked up the car, helped to bump start it, replaced the starter motor, all on a bank holiday weekend with very short notice.

Maybe I was just unlucky. I waited my alloted time and heard nothing from the mechanic. I messaged him then got a response that he was running about an hour late. When he arrived he was nice and friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I was hoping I had found a mechanic I could trust and use again as, being a woman, I get ripped off alot in garages. He changed the speed sensor which I had booked but I guess didn't test the car as 10 minutes after he had gone I tried the car but the speedometer still not working as it should. I messaged the mechanic to say it didn't work and hot a reply two days later of "oh pants" and that he would give me a quote of something else to try. However he never got back to me and I'm still having to drive around without a speedometer. Not a happy customer I'm afraid.

Francis did great work. My aircon works perfectly now. No messing about and no fuss just got the job done

I have not road tested the car bur saw that the mechanic did. Communication was on point and even offered to arrive early whichbi accepted. Work was carried out swiftly and even provided advise on another small issue which was good of him. Very happy customer.
