He was outstanding from start to finish. I know very little about motors and he helped me so much, to make sure my 17 year olds first car was in good Nick. His report highlighted a few things I would never have known and the garage fixed them all. I asked lots of questions on text and he was prompt and clear with the answers and suggestions.

Front pads and discs changed very quickly. Will be using in the future. Very competitive pricing!

The work carried out was booked.in fast and our car was collected and taken to the garage the following day. We were kept informed throughout the repair with pictures and messeges.The wbole process of using click Mechanic was smooth and took away the hassle of finding a garage,getting there and arranging transport etc.Would defo reccommend

The job was accepted, and I received the "Don't worry sit back" saying, the machanic said he would be about an hour, to hour and half, 50 minutes later a knock on my door, He couldn't do it, Never done one of those before..I was told. So after waiting in, have my van booked in for re test the next day this couldn't happen, so it left me in the lurch to say the least. And having to find a machanic who can do the work, as well as it costing me another £58.00 for another mot. And loss of earnings as u couldn't use the vehicle as no mot and no new part fitted!.. so in all I lost in excess of over £1000. Absolutely ridiculous. I personally would not take a job on if I can't do it!. The guy was polite and sorry for what happened .. I personally won't use this service again I'll rather go to a business that can do the job .
