Brilliant service! I think that just about covers it all. It is the first time I have used this service but it surely will not be the last. Turned up before time and called me to inform me he was here. Started work straight away and two hours later all of my brakes were installed and tested.

Wouldn’t use again…numerous faults after he’s finished. Bumper was out of alignment, headlight wasn’t fitted correctly, grinding noises coming from engine when turning sharply and windscreen washers not working correctly.

Terrible - requested and paid for premium inspection which is supposed to be 143 checks, check compete only had 100 checks (of which 91 could be completed). Everything was marked as either good or excellent condition. Based on this I went through with the sale. After driving the car home less than 70 miles, putting it in my garage and taking it out to clean there was a significant fluid and oil leak. Vehicle had to go into a specialist and just under £500 worth of remedial work has been completed. This included missing body panels and a leaking sump! I am more than disappointed with this terrible inspection, mechanic told me “not to worry” as he knew BMWs. Avoid.

Chris was very professional and talked me through the vehicle inspection and gave advice on the way forward with the purchase, and what to suggest on the price.

Pat arrived on time and initial communication was great. The work carried out is to a good standard. On the downside, further communication was poor and the job took 4 days when initial estimate was 5-6 hours. I understand that issues arise and only wish I'd been informed of this at each step. I was told the car would be ready for Saturday then no further update after that. The car was not completed until Sunday. Overall, communication needs work.

Abdullah was very helpful and friendly, couldn’t of asked for more. Over the moon with the job and happy how he managed to complete the job even with finding new problems.

Kept me informed all the way, let me know that a part was going to be delayed and that it was going to take a bit longer ..

I got the impression that James knew what he was doing. He was certainly friendly and knowledgeable and I am happy with the work he carried out. It was completed in the hour allocated to the changing of the starter motor.
