Just brilliant, buying a car that I couldn’t view before picking up date, they put my mind at ease. The report was great and the photos provided within the report were fantastic. The communication through the chat was spot on and I even managed to speak to the mechanic direct on the phone. The service I received was top class, and I will be spreading the word also. Fred was very friendly, polite and punctual. He was obviously knowledgeable but the thing that stood out most was that he was open about all the work, and wasn’t looking to rip me off, including suggesting cheaper alternatives to a few smaller jobs that my car required Would definitely recommend 👍

It only took a few seconds of conversation with Darren to know I had the right man for the job. The installation of brake caliper, discs and pads was carried out at short notice with the car parked on my driveway, and I was impressed with the whole operation, from the equipment used to the professional manner in which the job was completed. JoJo is a very likeable gentleman, very friendly and humorous! His knowledge is great and is patient to explain in detail the work he is doing. Communication is very good and kept me updated throughout. JoJo’s professionalism means that if anything he arrives early and on time. He works very hard to get the repairs done as quickly as possible and nothing seems too much trouble whatever the time is.

Maz did a great job. He called me afterwards and with his experience explained that the car I was looking at would soon have repairs. Given the report and photos the car was overpriced and a pretty bad example. This was important since I'm not local and not able to test drive the car myself. Maz noted that you could feel the future problems when driving the car.
