Was very thorough and talked me through the report before emailing me which helped me enormously when cross referencing his findings as there was loads of red flags that he identified. Yusuf was brilliant. He explained the work he was doing. He showed me the worn parts and why they needed changing. He was courteous and respectful. He kept noise to a minimum as came to repair the quite early in the morning. He did not waste time and the job was completed in the time quoted.
