Worked hard to fix the problems. Needed additional parts that we didn’t originally know about and had to make a trip to get them and worked longer to finish the job. Very polite and approachable, and knowledgeable.

Absolutely fantastic couldn't have asked for anything more. Very friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time, did the service and MOT and brought it back when they said. I will definitely ask for them again.

Shane was very quick with his work and explains everything hes done when he has finished. Unfortunatly the weather was against hom and was on off rain but it never phased shane. Would deffinatly fecpmend shane and will use him again in future

The person who collected my car did not even speak just took the car keys and then left even though I tried to engage in a conversation. They did send me text messages to say that they had found issues with the car but these didn't feel very personal ( maybe a phone call would have been better). They did what I paid for and I was happy with what they did do. They then dropped the car off and handed me the report and keys and left. My husband managed to chase them and ask them if they were going to speak about the car but they just left. Maybe this is a personal preference but I will not get them to take the car again. The last time we had James and he had great personal communication skills and we knew what was happening at all times maybe this was because he did the work at out house.

Excellent service throughout. Communication before pick up was made and the mechanic arrived at the time stated. Work was carried out as planned without any issues. Promptly returning the car in a matter of hours.

Arrived early which wasn't a problem. Checked ok before bringing van onto drive. Pleasant and courteous. Got straight on with job, advised of small issue which would lead to a slightly higher charge before going ahead. Finished job in a good time. Need to bed brakes in properly but feels fine so far.

Darren was very professional and friendly clear and precise. My car needed replacement windshield wipers which I gave the go ahead for.

Very happy with the customer service and very happy with how quickly they replaced my water pump and timing belt. I was really worried about this as I have had bad experiences in the past with other garages. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.
