Jordan had some issues sourcing parts so arrived later than expected but to his credit he called and kept me informed throughout. He arrived, advised me of his timeline and duly completed the work. I was a little surprised he did not come in to see me to confirm everything was complete but did phone just prior to leaving to confirm the work was complete.
