Graeme, was very responsive to one call and one text message before the job. He arrived on time and did the job quickly The failed MOT for brakes and coil passed without a problem.

Michael the mechanic turned up at the designated time to collect the car as arranged. Michael carried out the diagnostics and determined the fault. The feedback gave me the information I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. The problem was fixed and the car was returned to my house all within a day.

The service provided by Kyriacos was very good. This is how it went: I took my car for MOT (somewhere else) and they did a general check on my wheels as I reported a buzzing sound. They told me I needed to change both front wheel bearings. I then came to clickmechanic and booked the repair with Kyriacos. We got in touch immediately (he always picks up the phone) and he assured me that, even though I had already checked the car, he would also do his own check on the car, all wheels, to ensure we were replacing the right part. He came to my house to pick up the car and after a couple of hours, he called back, confirming that both front wheel bearings needed replacement. He also mentioned that the wheel hub required replacement and was very honest in explaining the reasons, the consequences of not doing it, and he gave me different options. I went with his recommendation and got the car ready on the following day, replacing all parts (he only charged me the extra part and no labour). Overall he did an amazing job and I would recommend and also contact him again.

I recieve a text in the morning from Fred saying he was available early and if ok with me. When he came, spoke about the issues and was very knowledgable. The job was completed during the timeframe given. Lots of advice given even for other questions. If you need a mechanic book this company!

Yes - the problem was quickly identified and the part removed from the vehicle and replaced once a new part was sourced. The wiper washing pump was faulty and when replaced the water tank was filled along with screen wash and tested. Quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service all round. Car flagged a warning for brake pads and I couldn't find a local garage with availability in time for a planned journey at the weekend. Posted job on Clickmechanic at lunchtime Thursday - within about 3 hrs I was booked in for service on Friday. Car was picked up Friday morning and dropped back in the afternoon.
