Was early, did the job, took the car away and returned the car for no additional charge. Agreed the small cost of an additional part during the work by phone before carrying it out.

Richard arrived on time and very quickly and efficiently carried out his work fitting a new started motor. He was very polite and professional and I am most satisfied with the work completed.
