I was very prompt in collecting my car for the MOT service and giving feedback immediately on the need for brake line replacements. There was a bit of a communication breakdown when the car was being dropped off. Not sure how badly i am being charged for the fixes, so i cannot say if it's value for money or not, as i already signed up for the most expensive servicing at £270.

Zaki was great, he kept me informed throughout the process and had my car returned promptly. Very happy with the service.

Ian came a little earlier than scheduled which was all right Fitted the starter motor as requested, but unfortunately car still would not start

Arnold arrived on time and kept me informed throughout his work. The broken alternator was under warranty with my garage back in Wales and he was very patient and helpful while I tried to contact click mechanic and my local garage to work out how to proceed so I could use the existing warranty.

Jamie was very friendly and undertook the work to a high standard and explained fully what was the issue and what he had done. He also identifed a further issue that required workshop attention. Didn't solved my problem, he funded something inexistent on my car. I been on another 2 garages but they sad in don't have problem with head gasket and they never hear abot this problem for bmw.

Turned up early and got straight on with the job. No issues, no fuss - had me sorted within 20 minutes. Delighted with the service I've had when other well known garages have let me down.

Kyriacos was great. Did a pre purchase inspection on a Audi A6 200, took pictures and reported on the faults and issues. I avoided buying a bad car!
