very happy with repair, battery replaced and back on the road, what more can i say

Adrian attended promptly diagnosed the issue quickly and came straight back with the parts to repair it(alternator/belt/tensioner)Within a few hours so a same day repair on a critical fault Top work.

Great honest and friendly service . The garage fixed the issue in no time. I have already got my car in for a service.

I have had probably the worse experience in my life woth this mechanic . He has truly ripped me off and shafted me big style. His "friend" collected the car after I had been waiting for an hour. To be rang later by the mechanic to be informed that my car had failed its MOT due to MOT emissions and bad brakes. I told him to go ahead with the work and he charges me with £500 worth of work . I got the receipt off the website where there is no mention of any emissions work only costs of labour ! To make matters worse , the mechanic's friend then tried to return the car but destroyed the clutch . Mechanic decided to charge me £350 for this. He takes the car back to his garage and tells he'll have the car fixed in no time. 2 days later I am still waiting. Either he has got other cars on the ramp or the parts ordered for the clutch was the wrong one. So as it stands, I have been without a car for 3 days so far and it looks like I won't won't having this car in the future. He still has it in his garage. He now wants to charge me for recovery of the car which his friend was driving and broke the clutch! This is the last time I will use Click Mechanic.

Joseph has been very helpful with a PPI for an Audi mk1 225. With a car of this age, Joseph did not hesitate to tell me everything wrong with the vehicle with photos & an insightful report.
