Excellent communication and very knowledgable - found the problem really fast and explained it to me so I understood action needed as well as recommended a place I could get the works done as it is quite a specialist job to do.

The mechanic was not familiar with hybrid cars and he shouldn’t have taken the booking. There is no outcome of diagnosis, he didn’t complete ordered services and charged me extra for services I didn’t pre-approve. When I called him to inquire, he hanged up call in middle of conversation. I am extremely disappointed.
