Otto's garage were very easy to deal with - Silviu collected the van first thing in the morning and returned it with the MOT certificate and confirmation of the completed service at the end of the day. Would definitely use again.

Easy to book and you only pay after the work has been carried out. I had the pleasure of dealing with William from click mechanic. He rang me to let me know he had contacted the dealer to confirm a time and rang me back to go through the pre purchase car inspection findings. Very thorough and I have peace of mind about the car now. William also was happy to be contacted if I had any questions following reading the formal report. Great service from the company. Speedy and good quality work. Unfortunate that during the repair they discovered two serious oil leaks linked to the original cause of clutch failure but had to be done despite more than doubling the cost. Car running very well now.
