Francois Was polite and friendly. He did a very good job on my service and the car came back looking very clean and I’ve been really happy with the service.

I am happy with the work that had been carried out even though I had booked the time that was convenient for me I had to rearrange it for later that day as the mechanic couldn’t get there. Then 15 minutes after the rearranged time came and went I got a call to say can he come later which I couldn’t do. In the end he arrived Saturday morning and did the job.

Appeared perfectly on time. Within 5 minutes they diagnosed the issue with my car and I managed to get it repaired within a few days. Very efficient service.

Can't fault these guys... booked in for 8.00 am and they were there to open up dead on... had a call by 10am telling me what they had found and then called back about 1hr later to tell me all was ready to collect... thank you 1st class

Conducted a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Gave me a call afterwards and talked me through all the important details as well as giving me advice on next steps.

Had a major service and MOT. They called me up day before to confirm a time slot to collect the car and came on time. Called me a couple of hours later to say MOT was fine and just needed a new tyre. Charged me £126 for a budget tyre which is a bit expensive. Car was dropped off a few hours later which was good but I had nothing about the service itself. No video and only a generic ClickMechanic form to say what had been checked. I would expect for the price I paid to have been at least given a rundown on some of what they did. As it stands, I'm not super convinced that a service actually took place! They were very friendly though and I appreciate their promptness.

Despite being unable to do the car at my home they were happy to take it and work on it over the weekend. Dropping it off with before i needed it for work. Both the lad who picked it up and dropped it off were spot on

Raul saved me some money! He went to do pre sales check and found a big fault with the radiator which wasn’t held in properly! As a lady driver I wouldn’t want that falling out going down a 4 lane motorway!! Thankyou so very much for your honest unbiased report!

They were a little late picking my car up due to unforeseen circumstances that was out of there control, when they did arrive they were very apologetic and took the car. The work was of a very high standard and I am very pleased with the result of the Timing belt and water pump change. Because they picked the car up late and promised to deliver it back the same day they stood by there word and delivered my car back at 8pm so thank you for that.

Andy undertook a very detailed review of the car and provided me with a comprehensive report itemising all the faults that lead to me not proceeding with the purchase.

Dishonest, charged me about £80 without doing any work.Made me wait 2 days but never turned up, never bother to let me know he not coming. I lost 2 days of income waiting for him. Don’t trust him at all.
